Sustainable Landscape Supply offers the following return policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns require prior authorization. Only item(s) authorized and returned within (30) days of purchase will be considered for refund. Please insure the contents of the package you are returning for the full retail value and keep all shipping receipts, as we cannot be responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit. Items should be unopened and returned in their origional packaging.

We will return shipping charges only if the return is a result of our error.

Credits are processed when we receive the returned merchandise. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

How to return an item to Sustainable Landscape Supply:

  1. Verify that your item(s) meet our Return Policy.
  2. Contact Customer Service at info@sustainablelandscapesupply.com or call 941-216-3836 to request a Return Authorization Number.
  3. Securely package the item(s) for return.
  4. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
  5. Mail items back to:

Note: If the return is required as a result of our error, we will issue a merchandise pick-up with United Parcel Service.

The SLS retail store is conveniently located in Lakewood Ranch. Store hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and on weekends by appointment.
